Everyone has their own favourite movie list. The current largest underwater wedding was achieved by 303 divers who attended the underwater wedding ceremony between Ewa Staronska and Pawel Burkowski. The wedding ceremony lasted around 18 minutes and was preceded over by Father Pawel Wrobel, a local priest and licensed frogman. The couple and the priest communicated with each other underwater by using water proof texts and a system of sign language.

The current average cost of a wedding isn't less than a five figure sum, and the wedding dress often making up 10% - 20% of that figure, no wonder couples seeking something cheaper to replace it. Naturally (excuse the pun), when we think of a cheaper option, we think that the sales or auctions - not ditching the bride and groom's clothing completely like some people do!

This Australian couple, Ellie Barton and Phil Hendicott, decided to paint a white "dress" on the bride. The only things she really wore beside the bouquet was a long white wedding veil. then bravely exchanged vows in front of 250 guests wearing nothing more than their wedding rings - and a bouquet of strategically-placed roses. The groom wore nothing but a black top hat strategically placed top hat to maintain his dignity. Both bride and groom are completely naked.

Uniquely #7: Shark Tank Wedding

In June 2010, experienced divers April Pignataro and Michael Curry of New York have an unsual wedding inside a 120,000 gallon shark tank at Atlantis Marine World. To declare their love for each other to public, these including the unsual witnesses circle around them like; Sand sharks, nurse sharks, eels and a giant grouper.

With the scuba gears on, the Mr and Mrs Curry have wore a black and white wetsuit accordingly. An officiant proceeded the vows on a radio transmitter which was then widely broadcasted to the attended guests and beloved family members
